Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Fairways platform at getfairways.co.uk, operated by Get Fairways Ltd (“Fairways”, “we”, “us”). By using Fairways you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Fairways is

Fairways is a tee time discovery platform. We aggregate publicly available tee time information from golf club booking systems and present it in a single searchable interface. We are not a booking platform. We do not take payments, hold reservations, or have any contractual relationship with golf clubs on your behalf.

2. Free service

Fairways is free to use. We do not charge for searching, viewing tee times, or creating an account. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future; any paid features will be clearly labelled and you will not be charged without explicit consent.

3. Accuracy of tee time data

Tee time availability is fetched from club booking systems and updated regularly (typically every 30 minutes). We make no guarantee that:

• Any tee time displayed is still available at the time you click through to book.
• Prices shown are accurate — green fees are indicative and set by each club.
• Courses are open — clubs may close due to maintenance, weather, or other reasons.

Always confirm availability and pricing directly with the golf club before travelling.

4. Bookings are completed on club websites

When you click a tee time on Fairways, you are redirected to the golf club's own booking system (typically BRS Golf or Intelligent Golf). Your booking contract is solely with the golf club. Fairways is not a party to any booking you make and accepts no responsibility for:

• Failure to secure a tee time on the club's system.
• Cancellations, changes, or refunds by the golf club.
• Technical failures on the club's booking platform.
• Any charges applied by the golf club.

5. User accounts

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@getfairways.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from Fairways.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• Use Fairways for any unlawful purpose.
• Create accounts for the purpose of spam or abuse.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Fairways — including the brand, design, and code — is owned by Get Fairways Ltd unless otherwise stated. Tee time data is sourced from golf club booking systems; we claim no ownership of that data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Fairways Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Fairways, including but not limited to missed tee times, travel costs, or losses arising from inaccurate availability data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Fairways after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
